Lifestyle Design

A lifestyle in harmony with nature and individual needs

Establishing a sustainable rhythm and well-being every day

Preface

Ayurveda is a comprehensive natural medical and health system from India, with a history spanning over eight thousand years.
In Vedic traditions, true healing—or complete health—is understood as the dynamic balance of an individual’s energies across the physical, psychological, and spiritual dimensions.

This holistic approach takes into account each person’s unique constitution and individual characteristics. Accordingly, personalized programs are designed to restore health and vitality through a wide range of therapeutic methods. These include: dietary therapy, herbal medicine, sound therapy, color therapy, aromatherapy, movement therapy, geomagnetic or place-based healing, gem therapy, astrological influences, concentration and meditation, and other modalities.

The use of such an extensive spectrum of tools is rooted in the philosophical foundation of this healing tradition: Nature is our Mother, and all natural energies are deeply interconnected. Any imbalance in one aspect of being inevitably leads to dysfunction in other dimensions.

It is important to note that Ayurvedic treatment is inherently individualized; what is prescribed for one person may not be appropriate for another.

In its psychological branch, Ayurveda focuses on developing emotional and mental balance. It addresses psychosomatic disorders arising from causes such as anxiety, anger, fears and desires, the tendency to compete and compare, and other modern afflictions exacerbated by mechanized living and unnatural environmental frequencies.

Educational methods

In this section of the studio, the focus is on individual consultation and lifestyle design based on Ayurvedic principles (the science of life).

Using the Prakriti diagnosis and assessing the energy dynamics within the mind-body structure, a lifestyle program is developed grounded in the Dosha theory. This includes periodic cleansing protocols and personalized recommendations.

Examples of lifestyle adjustments include a balanced diet, appropriate use of medicinal herbs, modifications to sleep and rest patterns, yoga practices, meditation, and other Ayurvedic guidelines.

Regular consultation sessions and ongoing evaluation of physical and psychological status ensure the program progresses gradually and practically.

Goals and benefits

The primary goal of Ayurveda is to restore inner balance and enhance the body's resilience. Ayurveda emphasizes supporting the body's detoxification processes, reducing symptoms of illness, boosting overall immunity, alleviating stress, and creating greater harmony and balance in life.

Practically, following an Ayurvedic regimen can improve digestion, reduce unhealthy fats, and by strengthening the immune system, decrease the likelihood of chronic conditions recurring. Additionally, the use of oil massages and specific herbs aids in reinforcing the nervous system and promoting muscular relaxation.

Experience has shown that these integrated practices constitute an active and preventive approach to maintaining health and well-being.

Evaluation and progress path

Improvements within the Ayurvedic program are pursued through regular follow-up visits and continuous feedback. Progress indicators include increased energy levels, improved sleep quality, stabilized weight, and reduction of stress-related symptoms.

Our specialized team continuously monitors the physiological and psychological condition of each client, identifying emerging needs and adjusting programs accordingly.

This process incorporates simple health assessments and periodic consultations, which collectively support reversing the progression of chronic illnesses and establishing a sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Where and How Do We Begin?

Maturation Roadmap

Every profound journey begins with a conscious step. In the process of inner education and cultivation, we stand beside you with precision and support to ensure this path is personal, coherent, and effective.

The Maturation Roadmap provides a structured framework for initiating, deepening, and expanding your practice—based on self-awareness, ongoing connection with therapists and instructors, and careful monitoring of progress.

This journey encompasses five stages:
from the initial consultation request, through detailed interview and assessment, to receiving a personalized program tailored to your individual needs and capacities; beginning a structured course with consultant guidance; and ultimately, evaluating progress and expanding the path grounded in inner maturation.

This roadmap serves as a structure to move from initial awareness toward depth, growth, and transformation.

Summer Seminars on Tai Chi and Medical Qigong – YFH, USA

In the summer of 2025, a series of specialized seminars took place at the mountain retreat of Yang’s Family Heights (YFH) with the presence of Dr. Yang. These seminars featured advanced training in Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi Sword, Push Hands (Tuishou), and Fighting Set forms.

The final segment focused primarily on Medical Qigong and the Grand Circulation of Energy (Da Mai). Although the groups were smaller in size, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment.

All classes were held at full capacity, and the combination of a serene retreat environment alongside the mountain nature created an ideal setting for focused learning and growth. Meals were provided by a professional chef, emphasizing healthful and nourishing cuisine.

Dr. Yang has announced that summer 2026 may mark the final occurrence of these seminars at YFH.

Compensatory Release Valves and Inner Order in Yoga, Qigong, and Taijiquan In the classical body–mind traditions, movement has never been an end in itself. It has always been understood as a means for establishing inner order. In both classical Indian Yoga and the Chinese traditions of Qigong and Taijiquan, the foundational principle is clear: body, breath, and mind must be organized within a coherent structure for vitality, energy, and awareness to circulate correctly.
