Course Description

Ayurveda (“Science of Life”) is one of the oldest systems of self-care, viewing the body, mind, and spirit in a harmonious relationship. Its primary goal is to create balance for disease prevention and overall life quality enhancement. In this tradition, psychology, daily routine planning (Dinacharya), nutrition, yoga, and meditation play a central role. Ayurveda emphasizes that essential daily activities—such as eating, sleeping, and working—should follow a consistent rhythm aligned with nature to maintain health, vitality, and mental clarity.

This course is designed to help participants create a personalized lifestyle and customize self-care across the three dimensions of mind, body, and spirit. It is structured according to internationally recognized educational standards.

The one-year program is divided into two terms (Foundational and Advanced). Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Determine individual constitution (Prakriti) and imbalances (Vikriti).
  • Provide practical guidance for daily routines, nutrition, yoga, and meditation tailored to individual needs.
  • Utilize complementary Ayurveda tools such as aromatherapy, sound therapy, and the five senses (taste, smell, hearing, sight, touch) to enhance wellbeing.

Compensatory Release Valves and Inner Order in Yoga, Qigong, and Taijiquan In the classical body–mind traditions, movement has never been an end in itself. It has always been understood as a means for establishing inner order. In both classical Indian Yoga and the Chinese traditions of Qigong and Taijiquan, the foundational principle is clear: body, breath, and mind must be organized within a coherent structure for vitality, energy, and awareness to circulate correctly.
