My spirit (Shén) is as steady as a pine tree.

(守中抱一) (Shǒuzhōng Bàoyī) – Keep centered and embrace singularity.

意明如鏡 (Yìmíng Rújìng)

My Yì (wisdom mind) is as clear as a mirror.

(毫不疑惑) (Háobù Yíhuò) – There is not even a slightest doubt.

氣和如旭 (Qìhé Rúxù)

My Qì is harmonious like the rising sun.

(氣調和順) (Qìtiáo Héshùn) – Qì is regulated harmoniously.

息深如淵 (Xíshēn Rúyuān)

My Breathing is as deep as an abyss.

(息如抽絲) (Xīrú Chōusī) – The breathing is slender as if drawing silk.

志高如泰 (Zhìgāo Rútài)

My will is as high as the Tài Mountain.

(鵬程萬里) (Péngchéng Wànlǐ) – The roc flies myriad miles.

情誼如流 (Qìngyí Rúliù)

My Relations with others flow like the current.

(順其自然) (Shùnqí Zìrán) – Follow the Nature.
