Course Structure

With a holistic approach rooted in Taijiquan, Qigong, restorative Yoga, and Ayurvedic wisdom, the course is carefully tailored to the physical capabilities and individual needs of seniors.

Core Components:

  • Gentle Taiji & Qigong:
    Standing or seated movements to enhance energy flow (Qi/Prana), improve balance, and develop physical coordination.
  • Restorative Yoga with Ayurvedic Insights:
    Practices to reduce joint stiffness, aid digestion, calm the nervous system, and restore vital essence (Ojas).
  • Meditation and Mindfulness:
    Simple techniques for being present, easing anxiety, improving sleep, and cleansing mental clutter.
  • Cultural and Spiritual Dialogues:
