Mindful Living: The Art of Life

Boost productivity, reduce stress, and foster team wellness in the workplace.

Preface

We design real, transformative solutions for organizations and teams seeking to bring vitality, clarity, and resilience into their workplace culture.

A truly mindful practice is one of the most transformative experiences a person can engage in. Disciplines such as Taiji, Qigong, Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness have become widely embraced in the corporate world — from Google and Facebook to Microsoft, Nike, and Amazon — as essential tools for employee well-being and sustainable performance.

Research consistently shows that mindfulness-based practices can significantly enhance staff wellness by reducing stress, increasing productivity, and supporting overall physical and mental health.

As more organizations seek to integrate meaningful mind–body practices into their workspaces, we provide the guidance and structure to make that integration truly effective.

What We Do

Most companies struggle to create wellness programs that truly take root within their organization. We believe this is due to a lack of human connection, inspiring health leadership, and consistent accountability systems.

What We Offer

  • Collaborative Wellness Program Design
We partner with your leadership team to design inspiring wellness programs. This includes a deep understanding of your culture and goals, facilitating communication and planning, and building accountability systems. We work with top holistic health professionals across nearly every wellness field to deliver a full range of wellness classes.
  • Tailored Weekly Classes
We offer online or in-person weekly classes exclusively for your team, aligned with your company’s culture and mission. We’ll match you with instructors from our team who reflect your values and energy.
  • Ongoing Support & Curriculum Development
We provide continuous support to deepen team connection and evolve your wellness curriculum—keeping it relevant, engaging, and impactful over time.
  • Unlimited Tai Chi & Yoga Classes
We can deliver unlimited hybrid Tai Chi and Yoga classes led by top instructors to your entire staff—helping your team build consistency and long-term success in their practice.
  • Creating Shared Value
We focus on co-creating value—for your people, your culture, and your organization’s long-term well-being.

What Makes Us Different & What We Do

Decades of Experience in Practice and Theory
We have developed a curriculum designed to inspire newcomers to deeply love Tai Chi and Yoga, and to apply their wisdom across many areas of life. Our instructors each have taught at least 1,000 classes, with many having taught far beyond that.

Elite Instructors
You can expect every instructor to meet world-class standards. We use clear, objective criteria to qualify our teachers. While it may sound simple, the vast majority of so-called “teachers” do not qualify to lead groups effectively.

For Diverse Groups
Our classes are crafted to suit highly diverse groups. We welcome absolute beginners and reject dogmatism. Our goal is to match every client with instructors who can genuinely connect with the culture they teach in. This approach fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment where everyone feels comfortable and motivated.

Live Human Connection
We prioritize human connection to inspire and motivate our clients. Technology serves as a tool to enhance these connections and facilitate access to our services. It helps us improve communication and enrich the customer experience without overshadowing genuine human interaction. Ultimately, we believe authentic human connection can deeply impact lives, and we are committed to creating a space where such connections thrive.

In the internal and martial traditions of the East, it has always been emphasized that the cultivation of body and spirit must proceed hand in hand. Angles of Benefit: The Dynamic Equilibrium Between Peak and Recovery

Being constantly at your peak—physically or mentally—may, at first glance, seem like a sign of health. But on closer examination, we find that a “100% maximum” state sustained over time allows no room for flexibility or breathing space in the body and mind’s intricate systems. We are not dealing with a linear model (all or nothing), but rather a dynamic and cyclical system.

Neijing Tu: The “Inner Landscape” Diagram

Neijing Tu (內經圖) is closely connected with Chinese medicine. This work is considered a classic in Taoist internal alchemy practice. Using landscape painting metaphorically, it depicts the functions of human organs, the roles of various body parts, and the emotional stages throughout the practice. The diagram uses imagery to point to the dual cultivation of essence (jing) and life (sheng), revealing their true meaning in the unity of heaven and humanity. It has been praised by later generations as the "first image of Chinese health preservation." As a classic, the time of its creation has always been a subject of debate.
