Biography
Niloofar Azadi is an active researcher in the integration of inner traditions with modern managerial and educational structures. As Assistant Director of YMAA Iran, she plays a key role in coordination, executive development, and structural support of the organization.
Her background in Vedic sciences; Ayurvedic medicine, psychology, and Vedic astrology has shaped her holistic perspective on the human being, health, and the path of inner development. In her role as a yoga instructor, she focuses on individualized, structured teachings rooted in the therapeutic and philosophical foundations of yoga.
Drawing on Vedic philosophy and sciences, she specializes in lifestyle design, helping individuals align their daily living patterns with their inherent constitution, mental tendencies, and environmental conditions. Her approach emphasizes establishing sustainable rhythms, conscious decision-making, and a deep integration of body, mind, and psyche.
Niloofar Azadi also brings over a decade of experience in executive management, having served as Executive Assistant and Deputy to the CEO of SMS Group in Iran. This professional background has strengthened her capabilities in organization, systems thinking, and cross-cultural communication, enabling her to effectively integrate traditional teachings with organizational discipline and management frameworks.
