As a yoga teacher, her focus is on personalized, structured teaching connected deeply to the therapeutic and philosophical roots of yoga.
Drawing on Vedic philosophy and sciences, she specializes in lifestyle design, helping individuals align their daily living patterns with their individual nature, mental characteristics, and environmental conditions. Her approach emphasizes establishing sustainable rhythms, conscious decision-making, and a profound integration of body, mind, and psyche.
Niloofar Azadi also brings over a decade of executive management experience as the Executive Assistant and Deputy to the CEO of the international SMS Group in Iran.
